Bedford Property Investors, Inc. (NYSE:BED) has established a March 24, 2006 record date for a special meeting of its stockholders on May 3, 2006 to consider and vote upon a proposal to approve the merger agreement between Bedford and an affiliate of LBA Realty LLC.
