maybe they will choose the OTC but companies don't like to to that unless its the last resort..

I understand that but keeping them listed does them no good as their trading volumes are pitiful. They would trade much better on the OTC.... and IMO they have much more to worry about then staying listed on the NASDAQ... The company is currently in survival mode.

if they don't they get the boot from the NASDAQ...that's what 2016 is going to be the year of the R/S

Not too sure about a RS. I'm thinking more on the line of bankruptcy once they finish spending what little cash they have left..... unless of course they can start selling their key product that's been in development and production these past 2 years. Really that's the only thing they currently have going for them.... So sad as they once had potential but with the piss-poor mgmt team they have it's been a downhill struggle for quite a while now.
