Maybe this stock will go to 13$ or 55$ because of its distribution

But it will trade on the grey sheets. The stock is a shell, the only value right now it will trade on is their distributions. That's why I said it's rather meaningless if they will trade on the pinks or the greys in the future. That is my point.

That is great that they are distributing assets to shareholders. However, it is not trading at 90 cents, it is not trading at all.

Who cares where they trade if they continue to pay these huge divis. There is a 70 cents divi in progress right now. Kinda big for a stock trading at 90 cents.

That is correct, cannot revoke a registration if the registration does not exist. I doubt FINRA will approve a 211 anytime soon, in the case of the other issuer, FINRA has been stalling them for years when their sponsor finally withdrew.

I should have clarified that the stock cannot be revoked for Financials delinquencies because the Admin Proceeding states "DJSP’s ordinary shares were registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(b) of the Exchange Act until June 2011, 90 days after DJSP filed a Form 25 with the Commission voluntary delisting and deregistering its common stock."

That was my only context that DJSP may be OK by not being revoked.

DJSP will languish on the Grey Sheets just like all other non-SEC Registrant stocks.

That is just nasty. Have you checked up on the Attorney? What was his disciplinary actions against him by the state's AG and the Bar?

Don't get your hopes up. As it never happens. There is a well known stinky pinky that made a heroic effort to get back trading off the Grey Market, finally, after years, gave up just the other day. FINRA and the SEC will do everything in its power to ensure this company never returns again.

Yes, the company and the SEC agreed to terms of settlement so I think DJSP may be OK after the SEC Suspension ends.

DJSP has not filed any Financials since 2010. The SEC Admin Law Judge will revoke DJSP's stock registration in due course.

I have been observing the stock ever since I saw the insider buy. Kinda strange that somebody would buy these shares here given how bleak the situation looks. And then I saw more buying on the open market in the last few weeks and I asked myself whether something is going on here in terms of bringing in a new company into the shell.

(DJSP)(DJSP.W)(DJSP.U) today announced that it has submitted written notice to The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") of its intent to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares, warrants, and units from the NASDAQ Global Market and deregister its ordinary shares, warrants, and units under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"). The Company currently anticipates that, on or about March 18, 2011, but no earlier than March 18, 2011, the Company will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and NASDAQ a Form 25 relating to the delisting and deregistration of its ordinary shares, warrants, and units. The Company expects that trading in the Company's ordinary shares, warrants, and units will be suspended on the date the Form 25 is filed, with the official delisting of the Company's ordinary shares, warrants, and units becoming effective ten days thereafter.
