SBA Communications Elects Two New Directors BOCA RATON, Fla., May 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SBA Communications Corporation ("SBA" or the "Company") announced that shareholders of SBA Communications Corporation have elected two new members to its Board of Directors. Jack Langer was elected as a Class II director to serve a three- year term expiring in 2007, and Brian C. Carr was elected as a Class I director to serve the remaining two years of the three-year term of a Class I director expiring in 2006. Shareholders also re-elected Jeffrey A. Stoops, SBA's Chief Executive Officer, as a Class II director to serve a three-year term expiring in 2007. Mr. Langer, a private investor, was most recently employed by Lehman Brothers, where he served as Managing Director and the Global Co-Head of the Media Group. Previously he served as a Managing Director and the Head of Media Group at both Bankers Trust & Company and Kidder Peabody & Company. Mr. Carr is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Esoteric Laboratories, a company engaged in advanced clinical laboratory testing. Previously he served as President of AmeriPath, an anatomic pathology laboratory company, and as founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Inform DX, a pathology services company that was acquired by AmeriPath.
