Resignation of Director

 

Mr. Token Yilin Hu has resigned as a director of Niu Technologies (the “Company”) effective February 9, 2024. The Company would like to express its sincere gratitude for Mr. Hu’s invaluable contributions to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
