IAC Appoints Nick Stoumpas Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer

NEW YORK, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IAC (NASDAQ:IACI)
announced today that Nick Stoumpas, currently IAC Vice President
and Treasurer, has been named Vice President, Investor Relations
and Treasurer. Mr. Stoumpas succeeds Eoin Ryan, the previous Vice
President of Investor Relations who left IAC in November. "In his
role as Treasurer, Mr. Stoumpas has proven himself a talented
financial executive who works tirelessly on behalf of IAC and its
constituents," said Tom McInerney, Chief Financial Officer of IAC.
"This is a natural progression for him and we look forward to his
continued success." As Vice President of Investor Relations and
Treasurer, Mr. Stoumpas will maintain his existing responsibilities
as Treasurer of IAC and will have primary responsibility for the
strategic and tactical elements of IAC's Investor Relations
program, the goal of which is to ensure the marketplace understands
and fairly values the company. "I'm excited to assume these
additional responsibilities and to have the opportunity to work
closely with our investor community," said Mr. Stoumpas. "This will
allow me to get even closer to the IAC businesses and expand on my
experience and relationships between IAC and investors." Mr.
Stoumpas will continue to report to Tom McInerney, CFO of IAC. Lisa
Jaffa, Manager of IAC Investor Relations, will report to Mr.
Stoumpas. About Nick Stoumpas Nick Stoumpas joined IAC in May of
2005 as Vice President and Treasurer. In this capacity, he was
responsible for all treasury and insurance matters including the
2005 spin-off of Expedia Inc., and the 2008 spin-off of
Ticketmaster, Tree.com, HSN, and Interval. Prior to joining IAC,
Mr. Stoumpas worked at Viacom Inc., where he served in numerous
roles both at MTV Networks and, most recently, as Vice President,
Corporate Finance for Viacom Inc. He has also held various
financials roles at Estee Lauder, Degussa Corporation and Bankers
Trust Company. Mr. Stoumpas has an M.B.A. in Finance from the New
York University's Stern School of Business and B.B.A. in Finance
