Anybody can take a few seconds to look at the chart to see, as well as the only few dozen overall ACDC posts on this Ihub board. EV BATTERY TECH FORMALLY OPENS TRADING TO US INVESTORS
Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp.'s common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through Depository Trust Company (DTC) in the United States.
"There has been an overwhelming demand from our US shareholders to allow for the trading of our shares between United States accounts," commented Bryson Goodwin, President and CEO of EV Battery Tech. "DTC eligibility allows our shareholders to trade our shares on popular US platforms such as Robinhood.
"Shareholders have also been demanding a stronger US presence to better spread the word of progress and development of our BMS and Blockchain technology as well as our Battery Product line, IoniX Pro, with a larger audience. I am very pleased to now be formally listed on the OTCQB and to have secured DTC eligibility, to answer these demands and enable easier access to our US shareholders," continued Mr. Goodwin.
DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, a U.S. company that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly-traded companies. Securities that are eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through DTC are considered to be "DTC eligible." DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance the liquidity of the Company's common shares in the United States.

Major property developer enters into exclusive agreement to install IoniX Pro Smart Chargers on all of their projects
Vancouver, B.C. June 2, 2021 – Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp. (the “Company” or “EV Battery Tech”) (CSE: ACDC) is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Fairwater Properties (“Fairwater”) by which Fairwater agrees to use EV Battery Tech exclusively as its provider of energy storage system (ESS) and electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for all of their current and upcoming projects.
Fairwater is a large Vancouver property developer that handles a spectrum of projects from High-Rise projects to Townhome and Duplex sites, working not only in British Columbia but in several Western Canadian provinces.
“The opportunity to work with a strong partner that can take care of our energy needs as we move forward will be priceless as we expand,” mentioned Fairwater executive, Ketan Ladva.
Plans are moving forward for the EV Battery Tech technical team to do a deep dive with Fairwater’s engineers to elaborate on their exact needs. A high-rise development, a townhome development and several duplex developments are amongst the first targets for the group to do a needs assessment on.

EV BATTERY TECH PROVIDES UPDATE ON DAYMAK AVVENIRE CAMPAIGN POWERED BY IONIX PRO BATTERIES
Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp.'s partner, Daymak International Inc., has begun accepting preorders for its new Avvenire products.
All of the Daymak Avvenire products are expected to be equipped with customized IoniX Pro Lithium-Ion battery packs, which will be equipped with EV Battery Tech's patented and AI powered battery management system (BMS). Daymak estimates that over 30% of its production cost will be in the battery and BMS systems from by IoniX Pro.
All retail pre-orders are potential sales and require a minimum deposit2 and distributor pre-orders require a letter of interest. All deposits are non-refundable.
"We are extremely pleased with the numbers we have seen in the first 3 days of pre-orders but fully believe we have just started scratching the surface as far as the total number of pre-orders go," said Aldo Baiocchi President of Daymak.
Daymak is already Canada's largest Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) distributor, with one of the largest distribution networks in North America which includes Walmart, Costco, TSC, QVC, Best Buy, Hudson's Bay plus a network of 150 dealers across Canada and the USA. Daymak also has showrooms in Los Angeles, California, Toronto, Ontario, and Rome, Italy with more expected in the future.
