               Watermark Group plc ("Watermark" or the "Company")

                             Director Appointments

Further to the Company's Interim Results statement on 27 September 2007,
Watermark today announces that David Jennings joins the Board as a Non-Executive
Director with effect from today, 1 October 2007, and that David Young will join
the Board as Managing Director of the Products Division with effect from 2
January 2008.

David Jennings will join the audit and remuneration committees.

There is no further information concerning David Jennings and David Young which
requires disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Authority
Listing Rules.
