The Company was informed yesterday that on 25 April 2006 Forvaltnings AB
Bronsstadet, a company wholly owned by Peter Gyllenhammar acquired 1,762,791
ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet now owns a total of
2,725,582 ordinary shares, representing 7.31% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
