TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

Videndum plc ("the Company") announces that it has purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 20p each (the "Ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange as part of its Buyback Programme announced on 6 November 2024 and which is a small buyback to eliminate new issue shares tied to a US share plan over which options were exercised during 2024.

Ordinary Shares

The Company intends to cancel all the purchased Ordinary Shares.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the Company's issued share capital will be the same as at 1 January 2024 (94,200,741 shares).

There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

The above figure of 94,200,741 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
