            New Banking Facility for Reliant International Media LLC

On 11 January 2006, the Company announced the completion of the acquisition of
Reliant International Media LLC (`Reliant'). It was also announced that, as part
of the arrangements, the Company had agreed to arrange for a new US$2m banking
facility to be made available to Reliant.

The Company is pleased to announce that Grand Pacific Finance Corp has agreed to
provide a US$2 million revolving credit loan to Reliant. The loan will be
primarily used for financing Reliant's purchase of media airtime and inventory.
