(AIM: PFLM), ("PowerFilm" or the "Company"), the developer and manufacturer of thin flexible solar panels today announces that its annual general meeting will be held on 25 June 2015, 11:00 AM central US time, at the Company's facilities at 1287 XE Place, Ames, Iowa 50014, USA.

The Company also announces that it has completed its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, which will be mailed to shareholders.
