THE OTTOMAN FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

Update on Publication of Annual Accounts

The Board announces that, due to staffing issues at the Company's administrator, it has not been possible to release the Company's final set of audited accounts for the period ending 31 August 2017 by the conclusion of 2017. The Company will publish its final set of audited accounts no later than the end of February 2018 in accordance with the AIM rules and at the same time propose a final distribution and liquidation of the Company.
