Nature Group PLC confirms that it was notified on 24 December 2014 that Peter Snell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.3 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 December 2014. Following this transaction, Mr Snell is interested in a total of 785,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.99 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
