Trading Update 
 
 
Legion Group plc, the AIM listed total security solutions group, is delighted to 
announce that the trading performance for the first four months of the new 
financial year resulted in sales of GBP21.04 million (As announced 30 September 
2009, turnover for the year ended 31 March 2009 was GBP28.9 million) . 
 
 
The integration of the businesses of Legion Group plc, SectorGuard plc and Craft 
Services Group has been successfully completed with a new structure in place 
showing an overhead saving in excess of GBP2.8 million against the 
pre-acquisition overhead costs of the combined businesses. 
 
 
New contract wins with an order book value of GBP17.25 million have been 
confirmed in the four month period with clients such as DTZ, Premier Foods, 
Wellcome Trust and Lloyds Register. The combined order book value of the 
business is now in excess of GBP155 million.
