Share Purchase

Jetion (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar cells and modules, has been notified that on 13 January 2011, Ms Jiezhen Yang has acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company from Roger Lijin Gai, the former CEO of the Company, at a price of 72p per share. Following the completion of this purchase, Ms Jiezhen Yang will be interested in a total of 44,845,026 Shares, representing 59.52% of the issued share capital in the Company.
