Further to the announcement made by the Company today confirming that the resolution proposed at the General Meeting held today was passed, the Company announces its name has changed to Amati VCT 2 plc.

Share certificates under the name of Invesco Perpetual AiM VCT plc will remain valid and do not need to be changed.
