Intandem raises GBP1 million to launch UK film distribution business and expands
                           operations in Los Angeles

Intandem Films, the London based international film group, is pleased to
announce that it has raised gross proceeds of GBP1 million through a placing of
20,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each (the "Placing Shares") at 5p per
share. In addition, each of the placees has been issued warrants to subscribe
for further new ordinary shares on the basis of one warrant for every four
Placing Shares with each warrant being exercisable at any time before 03 April
2013 at a price of 10p per share.

The net proceeds of the placing will be used primarily to launch Intandem Film
Distribution ("IFD"), expanding the Company's business into UK film
distribution. The Company is also expanding its operations in Los Angeles with
the appointment of a Senior VP of Production and Business Affairs.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that dealings will commence at 8:00 am on
03 April 2012.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will comprise
146,715,000 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Intandem's UK distribution business will be headed by Robert Mitchell, who will
be CEO of IFD, effective immediately. In his role, he will be responsible for
the cinema release and ancillary exploitation of Intandem's films as well as
third party films. Robert was the former Managing Director of Buena Vista in
the UK, the distribution arm of Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible
for releasing films such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Toy Story, Kill Bill and
Pulp Fiction. He will become an executive director of Intandem Films plc,
[when?] having been appointed a non-executive director in November 2011.

A fundamental element of Intandem's strategy is to take greater control over
the films it represents, and IFD will allow Intandem to exploit huge
opportunities in the film distribution business. Intandem has already secured
distribution rights for K-11, an American film that has been described as the
next One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which is in `post-production', and
Catweazle, a film version of the popular 1970's book and television series.

As part of Intandem's strategy of increasing its presence in Los Angeles, the
Company has appointed Sepideh Haftgoli as Senior VP of Production and Business
Affairs. Sepideh joins Intandem from film production company, Lightstream
Pictures, where she garnered an in-depth knowledge of production, the
international market for films, and of changing audience tastes. Prior to that,
Sepideh spent time working for the President of Creative Artists Agency,
Richard Lovett, where she began establishing significant relationships with
studio executives, top talent, literary agencies and independent filmmakers.
Sepideh will oversee all of Intandem's productions sourced from Los Angeles.

Gary Smith, CEO and Chairman of Intandem Films, says:

"We are delighted to be entering the distribution market at a time when the
costs of distribution have come down and the number of platforms for exploiting
films is increasing as a result of digital technology. The film industry is
starting to benefit from innovations in the form of digital downloads and video
on demand".

"IFD places us in a strong position to exploit this technological revolution
and take advantage of the opportunities for distributing films in the U.K. In
addition, the appointment of Sepideh increases the opportunities to add more
films to our portfolio from major producers in Los Angeles."
