As had previously been intimated in the Annual Report for the year ended 28
February 2007, the Company confirms that the Chairman, Mr Mark Hoffman, retired
from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company
held on Wednesday 18 July 2007.



Mr Raymond Pierce, who has served as a Director since July 2005, has been
appointed Chairman with immediate effect.
