Reference is made to the announcement by the Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ("the Company") in June 2014 last year advising that the residual sale proceeds of the property in Murcia, Spain were to be paid in 18 monthly instalments. The Board is now able to confirm that following negotiations all outstanding proceeds of EUR1.2 million with respect to the sale of the Murcia property have now been received by the Company and no further payments are due.
