Directorate Change

The Board of Enables IT, a leading provider of cloud computing, managed and professional services, announces that Martin Bradburn, CIO, has decided to resign from the Board to focus on investments in start-up companies in the technology sector. Whilst this takes immediate effect Martin will be working with the company to ensure a comprehensive handover of his responsibilities takes place.

The Board wishes to thank Martin for his contribution to Enables IT and wishes him well for the future.

The Board believes that the experienced technical management it has in place both in the UK and US is well positioned to lead the business forward.

Michael Walliss, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"Martin has been an asset to the Group since his appointment as CIO and we wish him well with future endeavors.
