                         Disposal of Freehold Property


Electronic Data Processing PLC has today announced that it has exchanged
contracts to dispose of its freehold former head office in Sheffield.  The
consideration for the freehold is �1.35 million.  Costs associated with the
disposal are estimated to be �20,000. The net sale proceeds will be added to
existing cash resources. The property had a net book value of �660,000 at 30
September 2007.
