Eden Research is pleased to announce that it has issued 883,333 Ordinary Shares of 1p each pursuant to
the exercise of warrants.  The net proceeds to the Company from this exercise of warrants is �259,750.

Following this, Eden Research has 53,823,962 Ordinary shares in issue.
