The company was notified on 1 June 2007 that Mr P A Rooney had purchased on
31 May 2007 2,500,000 Ordinary shares of the company at a price of #0.0173 per
share and 2,000,000 Ordinary shares at a price of #0.0165 per share, bringing
his total holding to 27,750,000 shares giving him 12.52% of the company's total
voting rights.
