Board Change



Mrs Leslie A W Rogers, a non-executive director of the Company has advised that
the relocation of her home overseas and family commitments will make it
difficult for her to fulfil her role in the Company and accordingly she has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
