Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX:CSM, AIM:CNM, FSE:CMN) advises that Palmary
Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has lodged a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder.

The notice discloses that Palmary has a 68.19% (up from 61.77%) shareholding in
Consolidated Minerals, represented by 169,371,480 fully paid ordinary shares.
The additional shares were acquired upon acceptances of Palmary's takeover
offer.

Palmary have also advised that the Offer Period under their off-market takeover
offer has been automatically extended to 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on 1 January
2008, unless extended.
