Continuation from Federal Canadian Company to a Provincial Company

CIC (AIM: CICC), the consulting and advisory firm operating primarily in the mining and energy infrastructure sectors, is pleased to announce that following shareholder approval on the 15 October 2013 to change the Company from a Canadian Federal Company to a Provincial Company, with effect from 23 November 2013 the Company has now received a Certificate of Continuance from the British Columbia Register of Companies and from this date the Company is governed by the British Columbia Business Corporations Act.

CIC confirms it has made appropriate filings to Corporations Canada for a Certificate of Discontinuance to be issued.
