AIM delisting and Tender Offer 
 
 
Further to the Company's announcement of 16 July 2009, the Board today confirms 
its continued intention to put proposals to shareholders for the cancellation of 
the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM. As previously 
announced, the Company proposes making a tender offer at the same time to all 
shareholders at a price of 30 pence per share. 
 
 
The Board expects to make a further announcement shortly setting out details of 
the delisting and tender offer proposals, and to despatch a circular to 
shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company, at which shareholder 
approval for the proposals will be sought, to be held before the end of the 
year.
