Rule 2.10 Announcement

Further to the announcement released yesterday pursuant to Rule 2.10 of the City Code, the Company confirms a further 5.2m warrants are in issue, each with an exercise price of 14.12p.

The relevant securities in issue are therefore as follows:

118,484,530 ordinary shares of 5p each in issue with International Securities Identification Number GB0009231639.

5,157,846 warrants over 5,157,846 ordinary shares of 5p each, exercisable at 14.12p per share at any time up to 22 July 2014

407,904 warrants over 407,904 ordinary shares of 5p each, exercisable at 14.00p per share at any time up to 5 January 2021
