Arteon PLC, the AIM traded real estate investment and services company, 
announces that it was informed on 30 October 2009 that David Macfarlane, a 
director of the Company, purchased 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price 
of 75 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Macfarlane has a beneficial interest in 540 
ordinary shares representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital and 
total voting rights of the Company. 
 
In addition to the above, Mr Macfarlane has 17,000 options over ordinary shares 
in the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 877,040 ordinary shares of 5 
pence each.
