Final Terms dated 14 June 2016 relating to the EUR 750,000,000 Fixed Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds Series 2016-1 due 2021 issued by Westpac Securities NZ Limited (acting through its London branch) under its EUR 5,000,000,000 programme for the issuance of covered bonds unconditionally guaranteed by Westpac New Zealand Limited and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Westpac NZ Covered Bond Limited.
