Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are
available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 24 May 2024 (the
"Final Terms") for NatWest Markets Plc ("NatWest Markets") for the
GBP 50,000,000 6.375% Senior Notes due November 2027 (temporary
ISIN: XS2830097692; permanent ISIN: XS2540612129) (the "Notes") (to
be consolidated and form a single series (the "Series") with the
existing GBP 750,000,000 6.375% Senior Notes due November 2027
(ISIN: XS2540612129)) issued under the £20,000,000,000 Euro Medium
Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets (the "Programme"). The
aggregate nominal amount of the Series is GBP
800,000,000.
The Final Terms contain the final
terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the
prospectuses dated 7 December 2021 and 7 December 2023 and the
supplemental prospectuses dated 16 February
2024, 18 March 2024 and 26 April 2024relating to
the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitute a base
prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU)
2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of
the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
