UIE's share buy-back programme

As stated in UIE’s Annual Report 2017, UIE has resolved to initiate a new buy-back programme with the intention of acquiring up to 5% of its share capital before the end of 2019, so long as the shares continue to be traded at a significant holding discount. The buy-back is conditional upon a new authorisation to acquire treasury shares being granted at the annual general meeting on 26 April 2018.
