Bank Przemyslowo - Handlowy PBK SA (BPH PBK) informs it has been notified that
the on 23 December, 2003 Management Board of the National Depositary for
Securities (NDS) passed a resolution on registering:

--  the 1,804,194 Series A15 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK under the code
    PLBPH0000100,

--  the 995,501 Series A16 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK under the code PLBPH0000118,

--  the 629,717 Series A18 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK under the code PLBPH0000126,

--  the 318,457 Series A51 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK under the code PLBPH0000134.

At the same time Bank filed a motion with the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) for
admitting these bonds to trading from 9 January, 2004.
