BROOMFIELD, Colo., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gaiam, Inc.
(NASDAQ: GAIA), a lifestyle media company catering to people who
value personal development, natural health and inspirational media,
today announced its intention to make a follow-on offering of
5,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. Proceeds from the
offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including
expansion of the business. Thomas Weisel Partners LLC will be
acting as lead manager for the offering, with Craig-Hallum Capital
Group LLC and Jefferies & Company as co- managing underwriters.
