Post of V.P. for Business Development WESTBURY, N.Y., June 7
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DIONICS, INC. (OTC Pink Sheets: DION.PK)
announced today the appointment of William T. Ryan, formerly a
senior executive with Philips Lighting Company, to a new post of
Vice-President for Business Development at Dionics. In his previous
role at Philips Lighting, Ryan last held the position of LED Group
Product Manager and during his 40-year career had been responsible
for the successful introduction of several award-winning lighting

This is Dionics' 35th year in business, during which time the
company has established an excellent reputation with customers such
as Agilent and Lockheed Martin. Having recently developed a broad
LED-based technological platform, the company now intends to
leverage off this platform to enter several lucrative new markets.
These include the Architectural Lighting market as well as markets
for embedded LEDs, as used in airplane Exit signs and automobile
turn-signals. Dionics, Inc. president, Bernard L. Kravitz, stated,
"We are very pleased to have Bill join us in this new role, and we
intend to make the most of the growth opportunity his joining us
provides. Undoubtedly, he will help open large new markets for our
LED-based technology, just one example being Architectural
Lighting, and I am sure he will become an invaluable member of the
team," he concluded. WRITTEN BY DIONICS, INC. MANAGEMENT, THE
