A payment was made yesterday (August 16) which, per statute, first gets applied to the interest on the past due amounts. That payment also cleared the balance of the 2023 4th quarter. Fifty cents (yes, 50 cents) was applied against the 1st quarter of 2024.

Looks like they are trying to make payments just large enough to prevent the tax sale. Not sure if that strategy is going to work.

The latest spin has been that Park held off making good on shipping the "fully executed" contracts he announced in Dec-Feb because he was waiting till he acquired "a majority interest" in Bloxcross. IMO that dog don't hunt. That's because he announced $617.5 million in sugar contracts on 2/5/24 and another $182 million in chicken feet on 2/9/24 and was "fully funded"-- OVER 2-1/2 MONTHS BEFORE HE EVEN MENTIONED BLOXCROSS AS A POTENTIAL SERVICE PROVIDER (4/30/24 PR).

So if Park has all these "longstanding connections... fully executed contracts... is fully funded... and controls a revolutionary international payment processing system" then why the need to jet back over to Korea? IMO, if he has then it's probably because he has to (a) convince those buyers to agree to deal with him again after previous contracts likely expired and/or (b) convince them and a bank to trust Bloxcross to transfer large sums of money.

As I've said before...the instant millions from such shipments happen I expect Park will shout it from the rooftops instead of waiting for quarterly disclosure deadlines. But revenues aside, remember---

Probably 90-95%+ goes toward buying the commodities from suppliers. Then the net income is further diminished by other operating costs

A stock price by the end of this year implies a market cap of almost 600 million dollars versus projected revenues of 25 million dollars next year according to one poster. Absurdly optimistic in my view even if this company were no scam.

It's reasonable to think that the news of which you speak would have been released soon enough. Fridays not necessarily the most advantageous time to do that. Perhaps the news released as a result of the stock pps dropping and they were responding to that as a service, so to speak to shareholders. It is making, at least for me, a lighter and more relaxed vibe going into the weekend.

Nothing seems to have happened in relation to other executed contracts more than half a year ago.

gshores I predict a lower price by the end of the year than the current pps. The current market cap is about 30 million dollars. Projected revenues next year are lower than that if I remember correctly.
