So you can just have a little bit extra time to dump a few 100 million more shares before they are tagged with something. Insiders cannot convert or sell unless the company is up-to-date on their filings.
Though I expect them to file, because this is the easiest ATM in the world. Just file correct paperwork, convert Series C shares, sell said shares...repeat.
BTC is its own catalyst. When it goes up, automatically VTXB has an unwritten PR that brings buying pressure and dump liquidity.
Like I said before, their pivot from Widners invention to BTC was genius and well timed.
Just sucks to see liquidity go here than somewhere it might actually make ALOT of people money instead of just one individual with endless shares to dump whenever to want.

Because it is a Wade scam? Waiting for the EOD to see if anything shows up. Will we have another NHMD? That was a Wade pancake scam shell that went dark this year.

Why post a Late Notification filing if you have no plan to file?

If filings do not show up today this can eventually go CE.

Novus Group (Joseph Wade) has converted and dumped over two billion in a little over a year.
This was a David Cutler shell which bought a hand full of and began the shell scam business like this one. The original CEO was Tom Olmstead who is a relative of Wade.

OMG! Joseph Wade Mezey is still using the dividend scam. It is totally meaningless. If someone is holding 10 million shares they get a whopping $100! LOL
Now looking at the financials Novus Group (Joseph Wade) has dumped 2 billion shares this year.
Here is something to toss around. Wade has been dumping blocks of 120 - 200 million shares.
Now if he is holding a few hundred million, he would get a few coins.. But $2000 for each 200 million is still nothing.

I tend to study more what makes a stock bullish or bearish, and try to figure out what makes some stocks move. I like to study both sides, bulls and bears. While I study both sides of every circumference of the angles, I do agree with you that this stock is bearish.

The key is Joseph Wade Mezey. Following him since 2010. 100% scammer. Not the first timer he has used dividends. Also gave out preferred shares in one which he never got registered for investors. Nothing concerning him surprises me.
