There are 5,775,960 Series C as of 10/14/2024 which convert at 25,000 to one. That is almost 145 billion shares when converted. Even @.0003 that is over $43 million and even @.0001 it is over $14 million. So the PPS does not matter to scammers. (But yes, a higher PPS would be nice.)

So you can just have a little bit extra time to dump a few 100 million more shares before they are tagged with something. Insiders cannot convert or sell unless the company is up-to-date on their filings.
Though I expect them to file, because this is the easiest ATM in the world. Just file correct paperwork, convert Series C shares, sell said shares...repeat.
BTC is its own catalyst. When it goes up, automatically VTXB has an unwritten PR that brings buying pressure and dump liquidity.
Like I said before, their pivot from Widners invention to BTC was genius and well timed.
Just sucks to see liquidity go here than somewhere it might actually make ALOT of people money instead of just one individual with endless shares to dump whenever to want.
