I tend to more often lean towards believing CEOs who are invested in their own jobs,unlike this one who hasn't done anything to boost shareholder confidence imo.
The total lack of effort to increase Smog Armor awareness is reflected in the sales revenue. This is exact why the CEO needs a performance review.

Hah I know right. There better be a spectacular PR that follows the closure. The lack of communication is freakin criminal and so confusing. 
The E series shareholders seem to be all of the Carbon Limit guys so assume they're going in that direction.

I knew 99% of this filing was gonna be copy and pasted. I saw 1 part that was new info about a purchase agreement that was made weeks ago that wasn't disclosed to the public in an 8k announcement.

.003? You know how hard it's going be to get that high with billions more shares out there than before and all the people still stuck in this from the last pump that want out? Smart money has full control now. They didn't last year and the price easily went to 52wk high, but they own more common shares than anyone now as I watched them trade back and forth to each other for the last few months as they accumulated.
Rashad couldn't do anything about it even if he wanted to. It might already be too late for this company's stock to recover, even if good news comes smart money is still holding the majority of the company and their bots can take the price wherever they want to, jmo
This kind of thing can happen with stocks that are very poor performers, like DRNK. Said it before, it needs a total buyout from someone large, and they can pay long shareholders a fair price for their pain and suffering.

The filing is a non factor to me. They could be going for the big money this time if they know a merger or something is coming. I'm eyeing .003 or better

Just goes to show how smart money can do whatever they want with .0001 stocks. From there can can make it go up whenever they want for easy profits, like what's happening now..
They snagged all those cellar shares earlier and now they are dumping them on retail.

Like staying current for example. That should be very easy because there's nothing happening. Needing extra time is not an acceptable excuse imo.

Late filings are a material weakness.
Company continually fails to address and correct this weakness.
CEO is an expert, at eroding shareholders confidence.
Why has there never been an 8 filed with this ceo?? So this means not 1 single material event hs happened in over a year? If you're actually running a legit business 8ks are very common filings. Jmo

SEC won't care until they do something more egregious. There's no way of Jack getting that type of information other than speaking directly to one of the owners. An old friend perhaps. Nothing of the sort has been closed via PR, on social media, etc. I hope it's true but seems unlikely based on track record.

Does this guy have anything to do with leasing the casa grande facility, I'd say so ,,just a hunch since his meeting/s with Davis was in Arizona.. 🤔 so we know for sure there is this undisclosed material event that has not been disclosed to shareholders which is an actual sec violation

Many reasons. One change in management. Two rumors of a major company using the shell. Three hearing they are getting into a pro Trump business model. Four the volume has been huge Five there is a tremendous short position that has yet to be covered.

They aren't talking because a handful of people found out about things , and it wasn't good, and when CEO and Sperry were asked about it they vanished and damn near everyone quit their job at Smog. There are legal matters with someone involved with monarch project. This person was never disclosed or listed as an active employee,and that person is being sued, this was not disclosed to drnk shareholders. This person social media account was littered with satanic symbolism too. No joke, I had to dig for hours to get this due diligence.. I'm not giving out names due to the ongoing legal process. I'm sorry I even found all this out.

Very logical observation but hope it's not true to prevent any future plans from moving forward. I think they're also afraid to speak up to keep themselves from getting into any more trouble. 

mentioned this a long time ago and still think there might be significant problem/s that aren't being disclosed. I'm guessing it's something to do with auditing NoHo. That's why there's been no monarch facility,no snnc warrants, COVID "sick" people excuses,errors in filings,and no name change.

If they were shorting, no would be the time to cover and ride it up. I think a carbon limit takeover is the most likely at this point. Would make sense why they never made the name change if they were moving in that direction. 

Per Rocker Funder they are just a common shareholder now. Bag holders with no ties to Smog A anymore. Their role last year was temporary. So for the last 8 or so months they have had no involvement. I personally think they have shorting drnk and snnc, but they wouldn't admit to it. Jmo
Seems they ,as well as everyone else buying stock back then,were told by SA there were major developments happening, which obviously wasn't the case.
