Seems every few weeks there's new info about Carbon Limit. Stumbled across a write up about 3d printing companies using Capturecrete. 2 new partners for their coolcrete and Rashad Davis CEO Smog Armor can't even take 30 seconds to tweet a 2 sentence update on anything ..
Imo Davis is giving the middle finger to drnk holders.

I wonder why Tim NEVER mentions Smog Armor in any interviews or presentations ?

How come Rashad isn't doing anything to advertise SA product? Why isn't he attending or speaking at any carbon tech conferences or a booth display like Tim does with CL?

What the hell does Davis do month after month besides paperwork to stay pink? Evidently he does nothing else.

More unanswered questions...

SNNC is all that is left. The no fumes expensive paint didn't pan out.

Maybe the $DRNK shut down in fears of law suits.

It's gone full dark. Cut all communication. No evidence of anything real happening anymore.

There's no excuse for being tardy. Davis has plenty of time to get it done before it's due. If he's late with filings he's just lazy imo

Sent 4 emails a week ago, never got a reply. Seems to be a reoccurring theme of non communication when it comes to anything smog Armor. No response from the casa grande building owner,no reply from edenark,no reply from Davis or Sperry

Hopefully see some financials soon before it goes non current again. 

I wouldn't be so sus if just 1 thing Davis said over the last 14 months would get done. He's all talk no action.jmo

Where's any information about the current status of paint business ?
Why no communication with shareholders?
Why the dilution of billions ?
Why were shareholders given false and misleading info from CEO and partners?
Why did Davis wait until mm's marked down the stock to disclose the partnership with CL?
I have many more unanswered questions unfortunately.
Imo SA should remove Davis asap and hire someone who can perform . He's had a year and there's nothing to show of it.

I know for fact that the Smog Armor is connected to Carbon Limit. They are exclusive licensees for a number of thier inventions. Use your horse sense here, good buddy!

Seems Carbon Limit is really making some progress with their licensed deals for Capturecrete. Why can't Smog Armor do something as simple as a name change...? Doesn't make sense.

Haven't had time to ask them anything yet. If this IS a new partner it urks my ass their employees knew about it before drnk shareholders did . I've done dozens and dozens of searches for smog Armor and this is the first time this company was in the results. I had the search set to look for anything within the last 30 days. Doesn't mean it's new info,. but it's new to me haha 😆
😠one of my biggest beefs with Davis/Sperry is the lack of of any disclosure good or bad. An entire year has passed with new management and not 1 8k has been filed for anything??

I'm quick to post anything I find good or bad. 😉

So how false and misleading is this paragraph??? Let's break it down..
"Expansion" means to expand on something that already exists, but there was no foundation to expand off of..
"Ongoing" means something is and has been happening, but there was nothing going on when it came to Capturecrete development at said facility.
"It's " means they own it or it belongs to smog Armor,but they didn't have possession of any facilities at the timing of these misleading statements.
"Operated " means they are operating a business at this Casa Grande facility , but they aren't/weren't...

I asked Davis and Sperry numerous times about this. Never heard back from either. Actually all parties involved in getting these ducks in a row went totally silent immediately after investors started asking questions...
Shareholders shouldn't have to make guesses. If the CEO would simply take on his job responsibility and make sure business activities are disclosed and investors are informed, there would be no speculation and mystery..
But he won't, he just hides and won't talk just like a coward and/or con would.jmo

If people don't read the quarterly reporting they probably wouldn't know project monarch in Casa Grande was never a thing. There was never a public announcement to disclose anything negative about that deal. That just shows what type of character Davis has.

More than enough bogus X tweets, press releases, and pictures to file a lawsuit .jmo

My guess is they have gone back on their plans again and are starting in a new direction based off Carbon Limits initials successes. Would explain cancelling the name change and relocating the lease. Understand the first lease was a failed negotiation. 

That was a great PR DRNK. Expanding operations. Don't you need to start operations somewhere before you start expanding?????

You better be looking for a spring break out (a bullish signal, not one of the 4 seasons lol) and an overall structure change of this current trading range if you ever want this to go up again. It will eventually when the bots mark it up, but Davis isn't gonna help, can't help, because he obviously sucks at his job having not completed anything but paperwork, AND he can't even file that on time 🤣 His performance as CEO is clearly identified in the current pps. 💩

The first pump was test pump. The knock down was short sellers trying to scare of retail. (This has failed b/c smart players can see the game) . Next pump will be towards.003's then copper.

(If you look at my earlier post from a few days ago I mentioned shares being moved around ,and a mark up. They marked it up one tick looking for buyers and there were barely any, so they came back down to 2 and Then we got the strange and unusual big volume yesterday as shares were moving at 2.)

Both of us should buy about 7-800m Each so we can own a bunch of this and then Davis will have to listen to us because we'd be at the shareholders meeting pointing our "he's to blame" fingers in his face 👍😉🤔😆🖕

Volume would say it's almost dead to old retail.

Hah I guess I will wait as long as needed. Wont go below .0002 so not going to sell at this price. I wold anticipate some form of update soon but maybe that is me being hopeful.

Are you willing to wait that long for air purifying cardboard boxes? I'm going to set it and forget it as they say with an emergency exit strategy if necessary 😂

Is he trying to see how many sec rules he can break? Or is he just That Bad!! ?? Davis was literally handed a prime opportunity for success with a loyal base of shareholders backing him ,but he totally f'd it all up and went into hiding just like a CEO who wimped out would. Imo
If he's too scared to talk to shareholders with concerns ,he, obviously, based on his performance to date ,can't negotiate a deal either because he's weak..
If we look at the daily buy volume totals lately Evidently 99% of retail agrees with me.

News means nothing as they haven't followed through with literally anything they have announced. Maybe news of the CEO's arrest...
