Nothing to see here.  The Annual Report was first filed on 11/22. Today's filing is an amendment which adds another Trillium preferred note conversion.

All it took was reading the press release and use common sense and stay the course, furthermore volume precedes price action. 40,000 shares since this premarket at 28 cents, never thought I would see a press release that good after I get in. Big shoutout to J2003 for alerting me.

Actually, that kind of margin call liquidation happens all the time, and MONI is exactly the kind of down-market penny stock that gets liquidated in such situations. I have no way of knowing whether that explains today's drop on big volume, but it could, and seems more likely to me than general tax

I wonder the same..and they could be buying since august 23.. the ews that Ybra is interested in buying HMBL. August 23 the volume was of 561 millions.. Since August 23rd, the stock has stopped going down and on the weekly chart the volumes are all green as if someone wanted to accumulate all share
