do you still own usci shares? i had 25m and my broker stole them out of my ira dec 2019

So I am a little confused on this, USCI and the quote that shows up with this symbol $66.09. This is clearly not the same company, right? Did United States Crude International loose it's symbol to this other company? or is it the same company? Is US Crude Inter still around, I can not seem to find anything on them. They seemed to have disapeared with my money, not to mention.

Any information or insight would be much appreciated,

What year or date were the unauthorized shares issued? Just wondering if shares were purchased before the unauthorized date could they be valuable.

It's interesting the brokers will allow you to sell but not buy USCI.

This stock was delisted by the SEC and went private due to the selling of millions of unregistered naked shares. The only legitimate shares in large quantities that I know about are owned by Dr. Wade, the Sultan of Oman, and me. Dr Wade, a 49% stock holder and President of the Company, refuses to report anything to his two other large stockholders, the Sultan of Oman who owns 49%, and me who owns 2%. The naked and unauthorized shares appear to have been issued by a temporary president of the company. He was fired by Dr. Wade. The real and original shares might be valuable for control of the company. The large lots of shares traded later were fraudulent and intended to harm the company for a takeover attempt. Basically, there are only about 50,000,000 real issued shares. The other authorized shares were not legally issued for sale.
All that I know is that the company had 13 employees at one time, and Dr. Wade had assigned his valuable patent rights for shale oil extraction equipment to the company. Dr. Wade might live in Beverly Hills, CA. USCI might own a number of secondary producing wells in Californis.

There was no buyout. The company just went under. There is no more company. People have went to the office and no one is home. It was just abandoned. And since it wasn't reporting and no one told anyone they folded up then the security just sits there. It is just a empty shell that no one cares about.

No I also have thgese shares sitting in my account but not even etrade knows what is going on

909-796-3446. Has anyone tried to contact this no. recently ? In 2005, I called several times and a guy answered the calls (even on Sundays !). I asked what was going to happen to the co. and he said he was "doing something" for the shareholders. Oh well, 2 years later and oil is heading for US$100 ......

I wonder why he couldn't sell it as a shell if he could find a reverse merging candidate who is willing to pay the fees for re-listing. I've seen pps rallied on revived bankrupt cos. when new buyers came on board. What he needs is to find a good lawyer specialized in Reverse Mergers.

There has been several people go to the office. It is closed. No one at home. There is no more equipment, nothing. The sad thing about pinksheets, is since they don't have to report then no one knows they are no more.

I guess anyone could make up something and post it as a press release. Who would know the difference.

Well Rumor has it out in alberta Canada around all the oil patchs is that a big CO from the States is going to start pulling oil out of ALL the old oil wells up there using "Steam Injection for heavy "Crude" , a few have mention
Crude International a, i have recived this RUMOR or INFO from a lot of the workers out in the oil field, and i have some friends of mine that are working out there getting ALL the wells ready for Steam Injection, so i don't know what to make out of it could it be that USCI is going to come back out of the fire, i realy don't know, but this is what i have heard from the guys that are out in the field getting these wells ready ...........IMHO.....JMHO.......
