JPS Industries, Inc. Changes Name of JPS Glass Division GREENVILLE, S.C., June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JPS Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: JPST) announced today that it has changed the name of its JPS Glass division to JPS Composite Materials Corp. JPS Glass was the sole operating entity of JPS Industries' wholly owned subsidiary JPS Converter and Industrial Corp. The new JPS Composite Materials Corp. name replaces both prior names.
