The company is very good -- both as a whole and sub-units. It could easily be stand-alone or be acquired in parts. Best to have it prepared in anticipation of things to come.

("Nexo"), an Argentine consumer loan and credit card company (the "Acquisition"). STS now owns 29.5% of Nexo. Nexo is a fast growing credit card and consumer loan financing company based in Sunchales, Argentina.

Southern Trust Securities Holding Corp. (the "Company”) owns Southern Trust Securities, Inc. ("STS"), Southern Trust Metals, Inc. (“STM”), Southern Trust Securities Asset Management, Inc. ("STSAM"), and Loreley Overseas Corporation (“LOR”). Additionally, on October 23, 2006, the Company formed Kiernan Investment Corp. (“KIC”) as an international business company in Belize.  KIC has had very limited operations since inception.

The Company contributed $105,653 in cash to form a new company, IPWM, España S.A.
