Congrats. Made some decent money too. Memory is that it was around 400%. Unfortunately, used it to buy back in big at .0002 and right now with the price at .00001, around even for the whole thing.

That was back when it was transitioning from a scam (Wayne Anderson).

Made a bundle in that run-a staggering amount of cash lol. I d/n remember the exact time frame, but it was between Q2 2020 and Q2 2021.

Most of those numbers in 2021 were due to Covid meds.

Comparison's versus first 3-months last year.

- Operating expenses up $35.4k.
- More cash on hand.
- Liabilities down $85.1k.
- Convertible notes are down 282k.
- 10 Fold is idle with no plan for it yet.

Obviously not ideal, but small progresses are being made.

Q2 report is out.

Revenue down to just $101,529 which is the lowest reported in three years. And a loss of course.

Here's an interesting statement.

Management believes Primecare Supply represents a core growth engine for Global Technologies, Ltd., offering scalable infrastructure, recurring transaction-based revenue, and a technology-enabled compliance advantage in the expanding health and wellness market.

So far, this hasn't been the case at all.

In June 2025, following changes in FDA regulations and the expiration of the GLP-1 shortage allowance, the Company and its supplier mutually agreed to close all active contracts. Again. Flippen couldn't get the annual out in time either even with the extension added so it went to EM in January, too. Then back to Limited Info when he finally did.

GTLL dropped to expert market on OTC

Only that a company must be current in its filings to file a Form 15. That would include it's audits having been properly.performed when they were due. As far as I know, Flippen has done this with the new auditors so it would not be a further factor.

Would their new status with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) have anything to do with it?

Sorry, I keep saying beneficial owners. I mean shareholders of record. Per my previous post, it appears the number of such does NOT trigger the mandatory filing so it must be that we registered shares at some point. Those are much longer than a year ago so a Form 15 could put the company in VOLUNTARY filing status. There would not be that much difference unless the annual audits were cut....and I don't want that to happen.

I do find that as of June 2022, we had 148 shareholders of record. So it appears that is not the thing triggering the mandatory reporting status.

From what I can see, the company's EDGAR filing number prefix is "000" indicating mandatory filing status. I don't know what triggered that. Either we have registered shares or the number of beneficial owner shareholders exceeds thresholds. If it is the former, all it would take to become a voluntary filer is filing a form 15. If the later, that would be a problem likely requiring a R/S-F/S filing combo to shed shareholders. Or just a R/S with a payout for fractional shares. Either way of shedding shareholders will take some cash. Flippen needs to get a CEDE list.

Does anybody know how many beneficial owners of stock we have? I can't find it anywhere.

Flippen hasn't filed a Management Certification, either. And their Business Description hasn't been updated since 2022.

OK, now I understand it. He revised the 6/30/25 10K but did not actually file it. Bonehead mistake but it happens. He needs to file the revised 10K with the SEC tomorrow when he files the latest Q.

I don't understand OCTM's action. It appears GTLL is current having filed the 12/31/25 Q and the 3/31/26 Q is not due for another week. Am I missing something?

Yeah, pretty hard not to be disappointed at this point. He promised transparency, and he's gone dark all of the sudden. I was hoping for a different OTC experience, but 99.9% of them are unfortunately all the same.

I find this interesting. After the pr of 3/26, Flippen has yet to file anything and OTC Markets has downgraded the ticker to Limited Info.

So you are thinking a R/S is in the making? The company is out of shares without either a R/S or an increase in the authorized.

Yep, I've got too much money in here for a long time for an R/S to happen.

The last time it had volume, the stock ran to $.0003. But that was short-lived as it came back down pretty quickly trapping a few players. Your concern about the SS is real. The A/S is maxed out and that might entail increasing the A/S or doing a R/S. I'd take the former any day.

What's happening? we were almost to no bid. 128 million in trades in half an hour. Unfortunatly at the bid. Hopefully they don't decide to play with their share structure. Been too quiet.

At least it is the right direction. Still just a fizzle of how it started though.

They showed a slight bounce back this quarter, but still not impressive by any means.
