YES! FINRA/SEC put out a letter: all Dark/Defuncts will be phased out by Sept 30 if they do not begin the process of going current with OTC Markets by June 30 2021. For many - some - stop signs, it likely means a flurry of filings to come. Basically any dark moving forward is $$$

The ceo has been banned for 5 years from being ceo in the deal with the sec. he needs to have someone else take over until then.

Otherwise he should be removed by the board and/or sued by the shareholders.

New CEO would be nice, but the current will remain and he's is crooked. This would definitely fly if he's no longer in charge.

Assuming that after the settlement Praxsyn will need to get a new CEO. I've read that statistically speaking, company's do very well immediately after getting a new CEO.

We need an update with solid info (financials etc.), not just the "we hope to do this" "we hope to do that" we've been fed until now.

The case was filed 61 days after Praxsyn made its first allegedly fraudulent statement.

Civil actions that result in sanctions serve significant enforcement goals that suspensions are not designed to achieve, such as deterrence, punishment, and in some cases compensation of harmed investors. There are numerous active investigations of COVID-19-related potential misconduct, many of which are also proceeding at an accelerated pace.
