Klamka seemed to have got someone to loan him money since there is ~ $184k cash on hand (supposedly). Does James Bradley ring a bell with any other of Klamka's previous companies? Notes due to James Bradley starting in September for .0003 totaling almost $300k.

Big mistake getting into this one!

It's typical for scams. The idea that 90 days isn't enough time to account for the prior quarter, when the business has ZERO in revenue to account for, shows total incompetence.

Klamka probably spent 20 seconds on this, and can't even spell check.

The Annual report could not be filed within the prescribed period due to a delay in obtaining and compiling information required. The Company could not obtain this information without unreasonable effort and expense. In accordance with prevailing requirements, the Company will file this annual report no later than the fifteemth calendar day following the prescribed due date. The Company is relying on this Notification of Late filing.
