If they could really drive the stock price back up they'd be able to look at Nasdaq, however that's quite the stretch at this time. I do have a lot of confidence in the company right now and even add a couple thousand shares on down days like today.

Evan's a very good salesman who's building a real business here (not some bs artist as Ignatiusrielly35 insinuates). I believe as Evan says they have some powerful stuff coming out soon that will accelerate the already incredible revenue increases at similar margins and turn this business into a cash cow and produce monsterous returns for shareholders. This appears to be Evan's Big Moment at hand. I believe he's ripe and ready will do all that he can to make the most of it. It was about four or five years back I took a rather small position at a bit over $2/ Share and had averaged down only on two or three occassions. I haven't sold a single share but brought the cost basis down to around $0.92, so even were it to go to zero it won't hurt much, but I do believe it can get back to $1 or more, as soon as the growth rate sequentially shows another quarter or two of consistency and particularly after the new big products get into the market. Evan could easily and relatively quickly build this into a $150+ Million Market Cap Co. They've already set the stage for phenomenal growth to continue accelerating at these super margins. Having the vision and luck to bring in such a strong supporting cast and these super salemen who foresee a bright future and benefit as they build this new and differenciated brand, fortifying it's alligence as the increasing net results and income will compound making NexTech3D AI Corp a perennial favorite and market leader..

What happened to the Arway distribution being re-acquired by the company, is it dead or alive and if alive when and for what amount (of Nextech shares) ?

I'm waiting for two catalysts to move the stock price forward: 1) the multi million dollars deals Evan says they're working on (grain of salt handy) and 2) the new tech being rolled out into the platform in the next 30-45 days. As long as the company keep executing, we should be fine.

Could not agree more! Seems like everything is in place so now it's up to the exec team to execute and start gaining some market share. I'd hate for them to be bought out this early in the process. Like you say, better to have some decent revenue (over $20 million at the very least) before entertaining buyout offers.

Yeah, they need to start seeing annual revenue growth in multiples to ever hope for a reasonable valuation or buyout. The current $4m is equivalent to that of a high end restaurant. 

It's a very good start. All the times I thought Nextech was going to get to this kind of growth always fizzled out. But now they have the product, customer base, sales team and financials to really make it happen. I think I'll be adding to my position at this very low price.

With revenues still tiny in comparison to what they can pull in, they should be able to have quarterly earnings surprises to the upside for a while.

I did see the video and yet ROI is Return On Investment. They're hoping the companies get a quicker return on investment to make the additional functionality worth buying. As we've been saying, the company now has to start executing in a very big way to gain access to the TAMs he keeps mentioning. We'll see if the new sales lead helps them go into hyper drive and start bringing in serious revenues to get the stock price popping.

It remains to be seen whether we gain any material part of the addressable market. 
I’m all for doing whatever it takes to get the company sold. Please, just let me off this bus. It wouldn’t take much to get rid of me. 

I hear you. However, I think the point of the research was to show the industry is moving in the direction Evan has been talking about and the direction in which Nextech is aligned from a tech standpoint.
Big question is, can Nextech gain much of the massive TAM. In the past, Evan has done similar things with the 3D segment and was never able to penetrate the industry in a meaningful way.
It appears now that he's positioning get bought out, which could be a good thing for all of us if it's a decent amount. Of course it will be worth more if the company first starts making some serious recurring revenue.
