Not really. The share structure is terrible, so no new investors see a reason to buy it, and the company sees no reason to put out news.

I am hoping for some pumpers on X or some place so I can sell at breakeven ($0.0004). That is my only hope to get out of this without a loss.

On December 24, 2024, Friend With Business (“FWB”) notified the Company that $55,000 worth
of the convertible notes, which FWB acquired from Adar Bays LLC in March 2024, was cancelled

Byoplanet's owner apparently's selling his deluxe Colorado mansion--an 11,500sq', 7br, 8-1/2bath, faux log cabin built in 2010 on less than an acre in tiny Mountain Village, CO (a suburb of Telluride)--listed a month ago asking $15,150,000.. over double what it was originally purchased for or valued at. That's in addition to a reported property in Ft. Lauderdale, FL (possibly a primary residence for tax reasons) near the lawyer he hired that filed lawsuits with "AI generated/ hallucination citations." And still another home in Athens Georgia about 16 miles from Good Salt's office/warehouse.

Point being, he should be able to pay any court judgments against him. Why the hell he ever though resorting to getting involved in a burned out, shit-ticker like PLPL was a good idea is a mystery to me. What's clear is he has an aversion to paying his bills. PLPL investors got screwed in the process just like with Ken Patel

Barrett, President of the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, whom O'Shea claims is his partner in ByoPlanet, Good Salt, and RPMOS, a partnership that allegedly loaned money to ByoPlanet.

According to the May 2024 judgment, O'Shea "tried every trick in the book to avoid paying Promark….," "attempting to make [ByoPlanet] judgment proof through a series of questionable transactions" involving two former Florida LLCs, Good Salt, and RPMOS.

The May 2024 judgment concludes O'Shea manipulated Good Salt and RMPOS in an attempt to delay, hinder, and defraud Promark. These manipulations include the dissolution and revival of the companies in a transparent and failed attempt to make it seem like the businesses are not fully operating and making money when, indeed, they are.

Regarding O'Shea's abuse, the Canadian court stated, "his actions [O'Shea] demonstrate a complete disregard and disrespect for the Canadian justice system." The May 2024 judgment also states: "It is difficult to imagine a case more appropriate than this one to grant punitive damages. O'Shea's conduct is simply reprehensible." The court ultimately concluded that O'Shea's actions could not go unpunished.

"Through the May 2024 judgment, the Superior Court, in the Province of Quebec, Canada, issued a precedent-setting message that the justice system can never be weaponized, and that misuse of judicial resources will not go unpunished," said Jason S.
