EPIX and AT&T Inc. (T) on Wednesday said EPIX will be available on a subscription basis on DirecTV beginning May 19.

The cost of a subscription will be $5.99 a month, the companies said.

The service will also be available soon on the DirecTV NOW streaming service, the companies said.

EPIX is owned by Metro Goldwyn Mayer.

Terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.
