Luxor's EBITA is Approximately $.01 Per Share for 3rd Quarter, 2011

Sales More Than Triple to $ 2,262,117 for 9 Months Luxor Continues to Pursue New Wood Product Lines

Luxor Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets:LXRRF) (TSX-V:LRL) is pleased to announce the Company's EBITA [earnings before interest taxes and amortization] was $ 203,655 or $ .0095 per share for the 3 months ended September 30, 2011. Earnings were $ 185,390 for the 3 months ended September 30, 2011. This compares to a loss of $ 22,738 for the same period of 2010. Earnings for the 9 months ended September 30, 2011 were $ 174,833 compared to a loss of $ 83,382 for the same period in 2010.

Sales for the 3 months ended September 30, 2011 total $ 1,011,921. Sales more than tripled compared to the same period of 2010, which were $ 293,801. Sales for the 9 months ended September 30, 2011 total $ 2,262,117 compared to $ 876,036 for the same period in 2010.

Earlier, the Company announced that sales for the 10 month period ending October 31, 2011 were approximately $ 2,610,000, an increase of over 190% compared to sales of $ 896,000 for the same period of 2010. The 2011 sales are in line with managements' forecasts and planning. The Company's workforce has quadrupled to more than sixty employees to handle the increased sales and logistics.

Luxor's sales continue to grow for specialty products used by the oil and gas sector. The Company is in discussions to establish production facilities for new products used by that sector. During the year, Luxor has been working on developing a heavy timber line for specialty wood products. It has completed initial engineering and will meet with interested customers in December, 2011.

Luxor continues to anticipate significant sales growth based on progress made with new and existing products and will keep shareholders advised of further developments.
